Check-in & Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (IST)
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (IST)
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Individual Booking Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation More Than 3 Days Before Arrival: Reservations cancelled at least 3 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges.
- Cancellation Within 3 Days of Arrival: For cancellations made within 3 days before arrival, a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff will be applicable.
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Check-in: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show without prior intimation, the booking amount may be retained as per the applicable cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
- A 50% refund of the booking amount will be processed if the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before check-in, subject to applicable retention charges.
- No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
- Eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within the standard banking timeline.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy (5 Rooms or More)
- Group reservations involving 5 rooms or more must be cancelled at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival may attract cancellation charges up to 100% of the total booking value for the entire length of stay.
General Terms
- Any specific cancellation terms mentioned in the Reservation Confirmation will supersede this policy.
- In situations not specifically covered above, standard hotel and hospitality industry policies shall apply.
- Management reserves the right to modify these policies without prior notice.
