Reservation Policy

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by SJ Heritage.
  • Reservations are non-transferable.
  • Guests are required to pay a minimum advance of 50% of the booking amount to confirm and guarantee their reservation.
  • Guaranteed reservations will be held until 8:00 PM (IST) on the arrival date unless a late arrival has been communicated.
  • In the unlikely event that SJ Heritage is unable to honor a guaranteed reservation, alternative accommodation in an associated property and transportation arrangements will be provided at no additional cost.

Check-in Requirements

  • Guests must present a valid original government-issued photo identification upon arrival.
  • Indian nationals may provide an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID Card.
  • Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
  • GST details must be shared before check-out if a GST invoice is required.

Guest Conduct

  • Parties, gatherings, or unauthorized occupancy are strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.
  • The hotel reserves the right to remove additional occupants or terminate a guest’s stay in cases of misconduct, disruptive behavior, security concerns, or violation of hotel policies.
  • Guests must maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and respect for fellow guests and hotel staff throughout their stay.

Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the hotel premises unless specifically approved by management.
  • The hotel shall not be responsible for the quality, safety, or shelf life of food taken outside the hotel premises.

Hotel Property & Damages

  • Guests are expected to use hotel facilities responsibly.
  • Any loss, damage, or destruction of hotel property caused by guests may result in repair or replacement charges being levied.

Personal Belongings & Valuables

  • Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.
  • The hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables, cash, jewelry, electronic devices, or personal property.
  • Secure storage may be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Lost & Found

  • Lost items recovered within the hotel premises will be stored for up to one month.
  • Perishable items will be retained only until the close of business on the day of departure.
  • Claimed items may be collected with valid identification or shipped at the guest’s expense.

Parking & Transportation

  • Parking facilities and valet services are offered entirely at the guest’s own risk.
  • SJ Heritage shall not be responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or items left inside vehicles.
  • Airport transfers, when arranged by the hotel, are provided as an ancillary service and are subject to additional charges.

No-Show Policy

  • In the event of a no-show, one night’s room charge, including applicable taxes, may be charged and deducted from the advance payment or payment guarantee provided at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

SJ Heritage shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, acts of terrorism, equipment failures, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

General Terms & Conditions

  • By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with all policies, terms, and conditions of SJ Heritage.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations containing incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Special offers, promotional packages, and corporate rates may carry additional terms and conditions which shall prevail in case of any conflict.
  • The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • SJ Heritage shall not be liable for losses, damages, expenses, or claims arising from reservation cancellations, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.
